What if I change my mind?

 

Cancellation of an order is easy: Just send us a message before it ships for a full refund. No questions asked.

 

 

What if the item already shipped?

 

If you have already received your order you are still welcome to return it for whatever reason. Just contact us within 14 days of receipt and send it back to us within 14 days of giving us your notification. Do NOT use the NY address on the envelope.

Mark the parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the box or envelope to avoid additional fees. I'll repeat that: Mark the outside of the parcel 'RETURNED GOODS' - this is very important!  

 

Feel free to use USPS to send the item back. We recommend considering a tracked service to avoid items getting lost along the way. Avoid using DHL, UPS or FedEx, or Priority services as they are much more expensive. Once you tell us it's shipped, we'll wait for it, promise.

 

Please be aware that returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the item was damaged in transit (if your item was damaged, please refer to the POSTAGE section) or significantly not as described. Be aware of colour differences because of monitor settings and take a good look at my measurements.

 

We are sorry, but outgoing postage cannot be refunded. Items will have to be returned in the same condition as they were sent out to qualify for a refund. 

 

Items sent back late, without notification, or items that broke in use cannot be refunded. Any major flaws will be described but small signs of wear will be assumed. Please read our descriptions carefully and zoom in on pictures.
