1960s Vintage Estee Lauder solid perfume compact in Gold Tone /w faux turquoise, Youth-Dew vintage perfume, vintage fragrance
Delightful compact solid perfume case by Estee Lauder, produced between 1968 and 1971, and still half full of solid perfume. There is no label, but research online indicates the fragrance to be 'Youth-Dew'. On the Estee Lauder website it is described as an Oriental spicy fragrance for women. (Launched 1953)
This compact box is made from gold-tone metal with a rope twist appearance, overall in good condition with a few spots (pictured) The kiss-lock clasp works well. The stone is a lucite cabochon in turquoise-blue and is well-set. The Estee Lauder signature is embossed inside the lid.
